Hey, Guys! Sahani and I had a blast at the Apologetix concert in Darien, CT last friday. We rocked out to some awesome music with clever Biblical parody lyrics. They put on a funny, entertaining and professionally done show with first rate sound and lighting effects. The guys performed probably 20-25 songs. My favorite acts of the night were songs like "Bone Digger" (parody of Kanye West's "Gold Digger") "Boulevard of Both Extremes" (parody of Green Day's "Boulevard of Broken Dreams") and one of my new favorites of their upcoming album, "Fly Away from Hell" (Parody of AC/DC's "Highway to Hell." It was a fun night, and we got to catch up with J. after the show. He was very warm and friendly, and hooked us up with some free CDs to give away at the radio station. We had J. on the show and he shared his story about how God got a hold of his life and performed several miracles and directed him into this music ministry.
