Divine Intervention: Episode # 45: Escapee from Communist Hungary, Libby Baron-Jacoby

In this episode of Divine Intervention, we are joined by escapee from communist Hungary, Libby Baron-Jacoby. Libby was born in Hungary, Europe in 1962. She grew up under communism in an atheistic society, where talk about God or having faith was suppressed and severely discouraged. The idea of God was not something to be taken seriously at all, and religious people were to be laughed at and scorned. Her parents were outstanding communist party members, who gave glory and praise to the state. Libby herself was an avowed atheist and never even heard the name of Jesus until she was twenty-two years old. Libby experienced several divine interventions in her life that led her to seek God, including a near-death experience, and the spiritual awakening and transformation of her parents following the miraculous healing of her mother's incurable cancer.
