In this episode of Divine intervention, we are joined by missionary Diane Westcott. Diane Westcott grew up in Mamaroneck, New York where she graduated high school. A few days later she found herself in Florida where she married and relocated to Alabama on her first anniversary. At 21 years old, she was invited to church by a co-worker where three weeks later, she received Jesus Christ into her life.
After almost 35 years, she loves Jesus more passionately than ever and has given her life and all her worldly possessions to serve Him wherever and however He chooses.
Diane was licensed and appointed an Associate Pastor with a Foursquare Gospel church in Wisconsin. Later she served under an independent ministry through which she was ordained.
Along with her work in the Kingdom of God, Diane has worked as a software applications trainer, e-learning developer, a business meeting planner and an administrative assistant in various large corporations.
On April 4, 2007, she was appointed as the Executive Director of Adopt A Village Foundation (AAV) in Afife, Ghana, to work alongside Rev. Emmanuel Fiagbedzi, the Host Pastor and a co-founder of AAV.
In mid-2008, AAV transferred its assets in Ghana to The King’s Voice Ministries, an NGO also founded by Pastor Emmanuel where Diane continues as Director of Administration. Pastor Mawuena, as she is affectionately called, has made Ghana her home.
Diane joins us on Divine Intervention to share her personal Christian testimony, and about the many miracles and divine interventions she has experienced in her work in Africa, including seeing people set free from witchcraft, idol worship and demonic possession by the power of Jesus Christ.
