Episode # 67: International Missionary Evangelist, Daniel King

On this episode of Divine Intervention, we are joined by international missionary evangelist, Daniel King.

Daniel King and his wife Jessica met in the middle of Africa while they were both on a mission trip. They are international missionary evangelists who do massive soul winning festivals in countries around the world. Their passion for the lost has taken them to over fifty nations preaching the gospel to crowds that often exceed 50,000 people, and they are in high demand as speakers at churches and conferences all over North America. Their passion, energy, and enthusiasm are enjoyed by audiences everywhere they go.

Daniel was called into the ministry when he was five years old and began to preach when he was six. His parents became missionaries to Mexico when he was ten. When he was fourteen he started a children’s ministry that gave him the opportunity to minister in some of America’s largest churches while still a teenager.

At the age of fifteen, Daniel read a book where the author encouraged young people to set a goal to earn $1,000,000 by the time they reached the age of thirty.  Daniel reinterpreted the message and determined to win 1,000,000 people to Christ by the age of thirty. When he completed this goal, God told him to go for one million souls every year. 

Daniel has authored ten books including his bestsellers Healing Power and The Secret of Obed-Edom. His book, Welcome to the Kingdom has been given away to tens of thousands of new believers.

Daniel joins us on Divine Intervention to share his testimony of some of the awesome miracles he as experienced in the course of his ministry.  From the deaf hearing to the lame walking to the demon-possessed being set free, his story will surely encourage you that Jesus is still doing miracles in the world today.

Episode # 66: Missionary to Nigeria, Africa and the Dominican Republic, Mark Grenon

On this episode of Divine Intervention, we are joined by missionary Mark Grenon.  Mark was born in Massachusetts in 1957.  He was raised in New England in the Catholic tradition initially, but when he was still a young boy, his family converted to Mormonism, and he grew up practicing that faith.  As a young man, he drifted from Mormonism and started spiritually seeking a true connection to God that he wasn’t experiencing through that religion.  Finally, a series of divine interventions led him to the true knowledge and faith in Jesus Christ, and he became a born again Christian.  Mark and his wife Barbara and their children have had many adventures with God since that time, including founding a church in New England, and heeding the call to be full time missionaries, first to Nigeria, Africa, and then to the Dominican Republic.  Mark joins us to share the many miracles and divine interventions he has experienced in the mission field, from close encounters with angels to near death experiences with deadly snakes, to dealing with witchcraft, cannibalism and radical Islam.  Through all of the danger and adventure in living for Jesus, Mark's story shows how the safest place you can be is in the will of God.

Episode # 65: "Buffy" Actress and Healing Minister, Robia LaMorte

 

On this episode of Divine Intervention we are joined by dancer, actress and minister, Robia LaMorte. Robia was born in Queens, New York and grew up in the Florida Keys.  At the age of twelve she moved with her family to Los Angeles,California.

Soon thereafter she saw the movie "Flashdance", and her life was forever changed.  She immediately began to pursue a career as a dancer and began taking jazz, ballet and tap classes after school.

Robia was accepted to attend The Los Angeles County High School For The Arts as a dance major their first year in operation in Los Angeles.  She left the school after one year to fulfill a full dance scholarship at the prestigious Dupree Dance Academy in Hollywood.

At the age of sixteen Robia began to work professionally.  Her first job was the music video "Shake Your Love" by Debbie Gibson.  Robia went on to appear in more than thirty music videos before Prince pursued her to play the role of "Pearl" on his hit album "Diamonds & Pearls".

She toured Europe with Prince and The Pet Shop Boys and also traveled extensively doing dance fashion shows with companies such as Reebok,Puma and Adidas.

At the age of twenty-two, Robia retired from dancing and then decided to pursue acting.  She began by doing television commercials before landing her first role as Jason Priestley's girlfriend on "Beverly Hills 90210".

She went on to guest star on shows like "The Sentinel", "The Pretender" and "Time Of Your Life", before she was hired to play "Jenny Calendar" on "Buffy The Vampire Slayer".

After three seasons on "Buffy", Robia recurred on the WB show "Rescue 77" and filmed several independent films such as "12 Stops On The Road To Nowhere" and "Pomegranate."

In 1997 Robia experienced a divine intervention when she sought out God, He spoke to her in a personal way, and she dedicated her life to Jesus Christ.  She has been in ministry since 1999.  Through her success in the entertainment industry she has been invited to travel the world and in turn minister the Gospel to thousands.  Her main areas of focus are the baptism of the Holy Spirit and physical and emotional healing. She specializes in teaching how to identify and overcome patterns, strongholds, and belief systems using the Word of God. Robia is passionate about bringing people past a head knowledge of God and into an experiential relationship with Him and has a unique way of making God relatable to this generation.

Episode # 64: Rock Stars Reggie "Fieldy" Arvizu of Korn and Lou Gramm of Foreigner

On this episode of Divine Intervention, we will be talking about some of the things God is doing in the music industry as we will be joined by two rock stars:  Reggie "Fieldy" Arvizu from Korn and Lou Gramm from Foreigner.

As one of Rock’s most popular bands, Korn pioneered the alternative heavy metal phenomenon.  After two grammy awards, six grammy nominations, and more than 30 million albums sold worldwide, Korn’s reputation is solidified as one of the biggest and most decadent metal bands of all time.
